As a client, you have three options available to you to get the Private Limited Company Registration:- 

OPTION A : GET MY WORK DONE (GMWD)

1.     Private Limited Company Registration will cost you Rs. 20,000/- + 18% GST. The deliverable will be - 2 Director Identification Numbers, 2 Digital Signatures, Name Approval (INC 1), MOA, AOA, Company Incorporation, PAN and TAN 

2.     Make an advance online payment of 20% (Click "Buy" above)

3.     Complete the Client profile registration and upload the necessary documents or send to contact@topcafirms.com (Photo, PAN Card, Voter ID / Adhaar Card and Address Proof (Bank Statement / Mobile Bill) of Directors)

4.     TopCAfirms will contact you to understand your preferences and requirement.

5.     We will assign a suitable CA firm based on your preferences near to your area who will contact you over phone / meeting for further actions. However, in extreme situations we can replace CA firms based on client request.

6.     TopCAfirms performs a detailed due-diligence before enrolling any CA Firm for Option A coupled with strong customer rating system. Therefore, you can sit back, relax and get your work done by the experts.

7.     TopCAfirms ensures that CA Firm provides 4+ service levels out of 5, failing which CA firm is penalized and Client is compensated with 10% discount on the fees as refund. TopCAfirms decision will be final and binding on CA firm and Client. 

8.     On final sign-off and before handing over Registration Certificates and other documents remaining payment needs to be made to TopCAfirms / CA Firm.

OPTION B : GET ME THE BIDS (GMTB)

1.     You enter details of CA service needs in Post Lead link on TopCAfirms.com. You can buy Featured / Private Lead @ Rs. 500/- for better and effective result.

2.     All registered CA Firms of the city are informed about the lead thru SMS (where CA Firm has verified its mobile number) and E-mail.

3.     CA Firm will bid on lead based on all available relevant information (except contact details of client).

4.     On bid, contact details of CA Firm and Client are shared thru SMS to each other for faster and effective communication.

5.     Client will choose the best suited CA Firm and rate the CA Firm on completion of services.

6.     Fees will be decided by CA Firm and Client mutually and paid directly by Client to CA Firm and TopCAfirms do not have any responsibility from either side.

OPTION C : LET ME CALL THEM (LMCT)

1.     You can search and compare CA firms near to your area or in your city from more than 16,000 CA firms registered on TopCAfirms.com as per your budget, requirement and convenience based on limited profile information. 

2.     Go to Contact Us Form of respective CA firm profile and select "Company Registration" as purpose and provide your contact details.

3.     Once you verify your contact details (Mobile OTP / Email verification), your message and contact details will be sent through SMS and e-mail to the CA Firm and

4.     CA Firm's contact information will be sent to you in SMS and Email.

5.   You can shortlist a CA firm to get greater information. You can shortlist 5 CA firms without any cost and can buy shortlist CA firm pack if you want to shortlist more than 5 CA firms.

6.     You and CA firm can mutually agree fees and deliverable and TopCAfirms do not have any responsibility from either side.
